How to find automatically assigned IP address (DHCP protocol) of Reduxi controller?

If the DHCP protocol was used to configure the network of your Reduxi device and you're having issues connecting to it, then the IP address of Reduxi controller can be found using a software. We recommend using a free Advanced IP Scanner software (www.advanced-ip-scanner.com):

1. Open the Advanced IP Scanner webpage.
2. Download the software.
3. Click “Scan”.
4. Find Reduxi controller
5. Enter the IP address of Reduxi controller in the browser, which redirects you to login to Reduxi landing page.

The same approach also works for Reduxi Gateway and Reduxi Converter.
