Specific devices configuration based on device type
Address | Represents Modbus address where we have a range from 1-255. We can find Modbus address in the manufacturer's manual for this device. |
Interface type – HDLC | Defines the type of interface. |
Block chiper key | Key - set of chars which are unique to the connected device – each device has a unique value which we can read from the device package or in a similar form |
Authentication key | Authentication key – set of chars which are used for communication with this device and is unique. We can read these values from the device package or in a similar form. |
Phase | This is used to choose phases – L1; L2; L3 – this field is shown only in specific devices, for example, Shelly Plus 1PM. |
