Why Solar Power Plant is showing zero production value, if latest values are showing correct Active Power value?

In the Reduxi Cloud application, the Solar Power Plant production value is 0.

If we go to the controller section in Reduxi Cloud and check Latest Data, we can see Latest Data is showing the correct Active Power.

What is wrong? As we can see, there is a minus before the actual value. That indicates the Reduxi Controller sends inverted values for energy import and export. 

We have to go to Reduxi Configurator, find & edit the device and disable the invert direction for energy import and export.
