First, we must check if we have connected Reduxi Controller to the Cloud. Please follow Steps to enable a secure service connection between Reduxi Cloud and Reduxi configurator.
When we can access Reduxi Controller over Reduxi Cloud we have also enabled Reduxi Cloud remote update functionality, which allows us to update Reduxi Controller easily over Reduxi Cloud with the following steps:
2. Select your location
3. Click Manage Location
4. Click Controllers
5. Click Configuration in the Controller section
6. If there is an update available, you will see "New update available" under the Version section
7. Click Yes to confirm Controller remote update and wait for the update status
8. After a while, please refresh the page. You will see the latest version status - this means an update was successful
