Reduxi Gateway is currently limited to only using one port on RS485 communication. If you use both RS485 ports, Reduxi Gateway can crash - a known bug we are working on.
If you are using only one port on RS485 communication and, after a few days, Reduxi Gateway is not accessible anymore, please follow the steps below:
- Follow procedure 2.3.1. Reset button procedure to reset Reduxi Gateway
- Check the ethernet cable
- Restart your router
Please note. This article is related only to accessibility over LAN connection. Reduxi Gateway is not accessible over Wi-fi if a Wi-fi connection is used to connect to Wi-fi home network.
