Why production values are shown as negative on Reduxi Configurator and positive on Reduxi Cloud?

This was an internal decision. Reduxi Configurator is normally used by installers who are on the field and are more commonly used to negative prefixes for production values.

Reduxi Cloud is normally used for users who want advanced levels of analytics and thus values are switched, so production values are shown as positive. This also affects carts.
