The period of stored data is limited, and Reduxi Controller automatically checks for available free space and how long the device data can be stored. After the limit is reached, old data is deleted.
How long is the device data stored?
It depends on the number of connected devices and the data interval for each device. Based on this calculation, data is stored from 6 months to 2 years on average.
Please note that this is an estimation, and many complex things are happening in the back end, so we can not guarantee or state any specific number.
Is there an option to store device data for longer?
Yes, you can use Reduxi Cloud connector, where we currently have no data storage limitations.
If the device is deleted in Reduxi Configurator from Reduxi Controller, is device data deleted as well?
Yes. Device data is deleted instantly from Reduxi Controller and can not be restored.
However, they are available on Reduxi Cloud in archive data - please send us a request to get archived data from Cloud to support@reduxi.eu.
