2. Install Reduxi and P1 Ultra
- Once the installation of the Zaptec Go, Go 2, or Pro is completed, make sure that you swap the connection from 4G to Wifi.
- Now install the Reduxi Controller.
- Install the Reduxi P1 Ultra.
3. Add your Zaptec charger to the Reduxi Controller
Note: The Zaptec platform shares information between the Reduxi controller and the charger and vice versa. As a result, the controller and charger do not need to be on the same network. This significantly enhances the flexibility of the charging point system, allowing chargers to be installed at different locations without any constraints.
3.1 Add Zaptec Go, Go 2 and Pro devices to Reduxi
First, log in to the local Reduxi configurator and add a new device by clicking the 'Add device' button.
3.2 Select Zaptec GO + GO 2/PRO
Within the first step, basic settings are defined:
An example is given for Zaptec GO 2:
- Select Device type: EV charger.
- Select Type: Zaptec GO 2.
- Name the device.
3.3 Device Configuration for Communication Channel
- Select Authorisation option: Authorisation flow.
- Select control type: All chargers.

Installation ID is not required. Click Done.
3.4 Give Reduxi Authorization to your charger
Once you have clicked on Done in the previous configuration step, a pop-up modal will appear from the Zaptec portal where you will give Reduxi Authorization to your charger.
- Log in to the Zaptec Portal.
- Enter the serial number and click search to find the chargers under your installation. This can be found on the charger front cover or on the Zaptec portal.
- Select the Installation and click Grant access. A message indicating successfull authorization should now appear on the modal.
Congratulations, you have now successfully added your Zaptec charger to Reduxi.
