1. Download and install Reduxi app on your mobile
2. Register new account in Reduxi app
After confirming your e-mail, log in to application.
3. Creating location and adding your device
Tap on Menu icon (top left) and choose Add location
Choose "Configure P1 Wifi"
Enter name of location (use clear name, for example "Demo User home").
Select you country. Region and time zone will be selected automatically or you can choose them yourself.
Select your geo-location.
Scan QR code on P1 converter.
App will connect to controller WiFi hotspot, confirm connection.
Select your Reduxi device (if more are offered, check S/N on device label)
Select network connection type.
If connecting to WiFi network, wait for app to finish scanning, then select correct WiFi network and enter password.
After connecting to WiFi you will be asked to choose whether you will use DHCP IP address assignment from your network router or static IP. We suggest setting up Reduxi device and all connected devices with static IP. If unsure how to set this up, please consult your routers' manual.
Select "Save configuration"
A key step in P1 configuration is setting up the energy meter communication. For this define:
- Country
- Meter type
- Meter message structure
Save and check if the connection status is in order.
After all is good, tap Save and wait for configuration to be saved to your P1 controller
The P1 converter is usually connected to Reduxi controller. The controller reads the meter data through P1 inverter.
However, it can also be added to cloud directly. Through this, measurements are available in the cloud through a dedicated location.
