1. Preconditions
- KEBA KeContact P30 is mechanically and electrically installed
- Charger is powered ON
- Ethernet cable is available
- Laptop or controller with Ethernet interface is available
- User has permission to access charger configuration

2. Ethernet Physical Connection
- Locate the Ethernet (RJ‑45) port inside the charger.
- Connect an Ethernet cable:
- to a network switch, or
- directly to the controller, or
- directly to a service laptop.
- Ensure link LEDs are active after power‑up.
3. Accessing the Charger Configuration
3.1 Network access method
The KEBA P30 does not have a display. All configuration is done via the integrated web interface (Web UI).
To access the Web UI, the IP address of the charger must be known.
3.2 Initial IP access (DHCP)
- Set the DIP switch for DHCP to ON (factory default).
- Power on the charger.
- The charger requests an IP address from the network DHCP server.
- Identify the assigned IP address using one of the following methods:
- Router DHCP lease list
- Network scan tool
- KEBA service tool (if available)
3.3 Web UI login
- Open a web browser.

Enter the charger IP address:
http://<charger-ip-address>
- Log in with administrator credentials.
Note:
For KEBA KeContact P30 chargers, the administrator (or service) password is provided by KEBA and is usually found in one of the following places:
- On the device label inside the charger
- On the commissioning sheet delivered with the charger
- On the KEBA delivery documentation
4. Ethernet IP Configuration
4.1 Open network settings
- In the Web UI, navigate to: Network → Ethernet
- The current IP configuration is displayed.
WebUI Example:
4.2 Static IP configuration
If a fixed IP address is required:
- Select IP configuration mode: Static
- Enter the following parameters:
- IP address
Example:192.168.1.50 - Subnet mask
Example:255.255.255.0 - Default gateway (if required)
- IP address
- Save settings.
- Restart the charger.
- Access the Web UI using the new IP address.
5. Enabling TCP/IP Communication
5.1 Communication settings
- In the Web UI, navigate to: Communication settings
- Enable the required TCP/IP communication interface:
- Modbus TCP (if the controller communicates via Modbus)
- Disable unused communication interfaces.
- Save settings.
- Restart the charger.
6. Adding new device to Reduxi controller
To add a new device or to edit an existing one, follow the steps below.
6.1 Login/Add a New Device
- Log in to the Reduxi Configurator application and press the “Add device” button.
- Select the device you want to add under Basic settings.
6.2 Basic Device Parameters
In the first step, configure the basic parameters of the device:
- Device type: Choose device type
- Type: Choose type
- Name: Enter the desired device name
6.3 Communication Settings
Fill in the communication parameters for the new device that you are adding to Reduxi than press Test communication. If you get a response press Save.
