This article explains how to add an EEBUS-compatible device to Reduxi.
The main advantage of EEBUS is its simple configuration process. Compatible devices can be discovered and added without manually entering an IP address, communication parameters, or other configuration details.
To add an EEBUS-compatible device, go to the device configuration page in Reduxi and click Add EEBUS device.
You will be redirected to the EEBUS Connector page, where you first need to activate the EEBUS connector.
Once the connector is active, Reduxi can discover available EEBUS-compatible devices and guide you through adding them to the system.

Once enabled, the SKI code is displayed both as text and as a QR code.
Click Refresh to discover and display all available EEBUS-compatible devices on the network.
To add a device to Reduxi, simply select the desired device and click Pair & Add.
Reduxi will automatically pair with the device and add it to the system, without requiring any manual network or communication configuration.
Note: If the EEBUS device is not discovered, make sure that EEBUS communication is enabled in the device's own configuration. Some devices require EEBUS to be activated locally before they can be discovered by Reduxi.
