The Reduxi Controller supports two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of security when logging in.
To enable 2FA, open Settings > Profile and click the 2FA icon.
A QR code will be displayed. Scan the QR code with your preferred authenticator app to add the Reduxi account. If supported by the authenticator app, you can also enter the displayed setup key manually instead of scanning the QR code.
After configuration, the authenticator app will generate a verification code that is required in addition to your regular login credentials.
Warning: Keep access to your authenticator app and 2FA configuration secure. If access to the configured 2FA method is lost, the authentication cannot currently be recovered or reset. The only way to regain access to the Reduxi Controller is to perform a factory reset, which clears all data and configuration from the controller.
