AI Energy Manager consists of four modules: AI Battery Optimization, AI PV Optimization, AI EVSE, and AI HVAC Optimization. Some modules are subscription-based and some are free; see each module below for details.
AI Battery Optimization is a subscription-based service. By enabling it, you agree to a monthly subscription.
For locations with BESS under 50 kWh, this feature is currently in a promotional period and free. You will be notified 30 days before the end of the promotional period to either start paying the subscription fee or disable the feature; if you take no action, an invoice will be sent for the following month. If you reject or do not pay that invoice, AI Battery Optimization is disabled and you owe nothing for that period, and can only be re-enabled by us.
For locations with BESS over 50 kWh, the subscription fee is based on your battery capacity. The exact monthly amount is shown on your invoice. If you reject or do not pay an invoice, AI Battery Optimization is disabled and you owe nothing for that period, and can only be re-enabled by us.
AI EVSE is a subscription-based service. By enabling it, you agree to a monthly subscription.
This feature is currently in beta testing and, as such, is in a promotional period at no charge. You will be notified 30 days before the end of the beta/promotional period to either start paying the subscription fee or disable the feature; if you take no action, an invoice will be sent for the following month. If you reject or do not pay that invoice, AI EVSE is disabled and you owe nothing for that period, and can only be re-enabled by us.
