2. Huawei SUN2000B C&I connection and Modbus TCP/IP Activation and IP obtaining
2.1 Connect to Huawei SUN2000B smartlogger
All the configuration and commissioning are done through the Huawei SUN2000B smart logger, so connecting to it is crucial for the additional steps described below.

2.2 Activation is executed in menu Setting/Modbus TCP:
The communication protocol for data transmission in the case of Reduxi and Huawei SUN2000B C&I is Modbus TCP/IP, which must be activated in the Enspire power system Huawei application.
- Modbus TCP/IP settings, where you set:
- Link settings. Enable,
- Address mode: Logical address (must be set to logical!)
- Logger address: set the SmartLogger logic address,
- Fast scheduling: Disable.
2.3 IP of Huawei SUN2000B Logger is obtained in menu Setting/Wired or Wireless network:
3. Huawei SUN2000B Smart Logger Modbus ID for all elements connected
All Modbus IDs (Modus address) essential for configuration in the Reduxi System regarding point 4.3 are obtained in the Enspire application under Maintenance/Device List:
3.1 C&I PCS2000MA battery system PCS and ESS Modbus IDs (extra explanation for battery system)
Since the battery system consists of two parts, controlling and monitoring, two different Modbus ID addresses exist, both addresses are obtained in the FusionSolar app under the Home/Device Management, image below:
For the PCS address choose your PCS element and click Configuration:

4. Adding a new device (Huawei SUN2000B)
The following points are presented for adding a new device (Huawei SUN2000) or editing an existing one.
Since the complete system consists of different components, an individual device must be added for each part. There are three distinct components:
- Energymeter (Huawei SUN2000 3P and not Chint DTSU666 because all data is obtain from Logger2000B)
- Inverter (Huawei SUN2000)
- Battery (Huawei LUNA2000B)
An example of how to add a new device to Reduxi system will be displayed for Huawei LUNA2000B in the following points.
4.1 Add new device
Log in to Reduxi Configurator application and press the "Add device" button.
4.2 Select the device you would like to add (Basic settings)
In the first step, select the basic parameters of the device you want to add:
- Device type: Battery,
- Type: Huawei LUNA2000B
- Name: Specify the name of the device.
4.3 Communication channel
Fill in the parameters for communication to Huawei LUNA2000B, which are:
- Connection: TCP/IP,
- IP: fill in the IP from SmartLogger2000B 2.2 point.
- Port: always 502,
- Modbus unit ID: fill in the EES and PCS Modbus Unit ID of battery 3. point
4.4 Communication test
Under all fields in the Communication channel, the "Test communication" button is placed, which is used to perform the test.
The communication test can return two answers:

4.5 Advanced Settings
The advanced settings are arbitrary and depend on the specific needs of the location where the Reduxi Controller is installed. After finishing all the advanced settings, press the "Done" button on the lower right side.
5. Readings from Device
The purpose of this point is to show how to check readings from the newly added device. This is done under 'Device/Last measurement'.
For advanced control of individual elements connected to SmartLogger2000B, integrated elements must be added to the strategy of the Reduxi system.
For example, the control type of the Huawei LUNA2000B must be set to AUTO. This setting can be configured under Devices > Huawei LUNA2000B in the Reduxi Configurator.
When the device is set to AUTO, commands from the strategy can be executed. Otherwise, the control becomes obsolete.
