2. Sigenergy Hybrid inverter settings:
Once access via the mobile app is established, settings must be changed to access Hybrid inverter via Modbus TCP/IP, Please follow the steps below:
- Connect to mySigen app (homepage, displayed):
- Click on settings downright:
- Go to More settings segment and click on Connectivity:
- Click on device:
- Click on ethernet:
- Obtain/copy the IP of Hybrid inverter, important for communication to Reduxi:

3. Add Sigenery Hybrid to the Reduxi system.
After connecting the Reduxi and the Sigenery Hybrid, you can register it as a new device (Sigenery Hybrid Inverter).
3.1 Add device (Sigenery Hybrid Inverter)
First, log-in to the local Reduxi configurator and add a new device by clicking the 'Add device' button.
3.2 Select Sunways Hybrid Inverter
Within the first step, basic settings are defined:
- Select Device type: Hybrid Inverter,
- Select Type: Sigenery Hybrid,
- Name the device.
3.3 Device Configuration for Communication Channel
The second step involves configuring the communication channel, which is essential for proper Modbus TCP/IP communication. In this step, the communication link between the Reduxi controller and the Sigenery Hybrid Inverter Inverter is established.
Settings for the Communication channel are displayed below:

3.4 Test communication
Below all fields of the Communication channel mentioned in the previous step, there is a "Test Communication" button. This button is used to verify whether the Modbus TCP/IP connection between the devices is functioning correctly.

3.5 Advance settings
This section is used if the special needs of the location must be met. By default, nothing needs to be changed under Advanced settings.
4. Readings from Device
The purpose of this point is to show how to check readings from the device. This is done under 'Device (Sigenery Hybrid Inverter)/Last measurement'.
For advanced Sigenery Hybrid inverter control, integrate the device into the Optimization modes of the Reduxi system. Under Devices/Sigenery Hybrid in the Reduxi configurator, the control type must be set to AUTO so that commands for strategy will affect the battery.
